FLEX BOWSTRING CLASSIC DACROGEN

-Material: Made from 100% high-performance polyester fiber, referred to by Flex Archery as their exclusive "DacroGen" material. It is essentially a modern, low-stretch version of traditional Dacron (a trademark of Dupont).

-Compatibility: It is considered a universal bowstring and the ideal alternative for any recurve or longbow, especially those that are not designed to safely handle the low-stretch stress of modern high-performance fibers like Dyneema (HMPE). It is also great for beginner or recreational use and school programs.

-Performance: While faster than older Dacron materials, it still provides a smooth and comfortable shooting experience with more stretch than Fast Flight or Carrera strings, which helps extend the life of older bows.

-Construction: The strings are made with a continuous construction system and feature overserved loops. The material is pre-waxed with a specially formulated wax for better manipulation, whether used for pre-made strings or DIY flemish twist strings.

-Strand Options: Available in various strand counts, commonly 12 strands for the pre-made strings, and the raw material is recommended for 10 to 16 strands for custom strings, depending on the bow's poundage.

-Serving: Features a TWS (twisted) EVO15 center serving. Some options are available with preinstalled finger protectors.
